Yemeni Lahsa (Elite Shakshuka)

A Yemeni version of shakshuka called lahsa: eggs scrambled and stirred into a simple spiced tomato and onion base, then finished with melted processed cheese stirred through at the end. The texture is more scrambled than poached. Allspice gives it a warmer, slightly different flavour profile than the more familiar cumin-paprika version. Serve with bread.
